Calvin Maile Attorneys
Calvin Maile is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa
with over 20 years experience in a variety of matters including criminal
litigation, civil litigation, labour law, divorce and family law, negotiating
and drafting of various commercial agreements, forensic investigations,
personal injury law, intellectual property law and competition law. Mr
Maile is a sole director of Calvin Maile Attorneys, assisted by a team of
experienced attorneys and support staff. Mr Maile obtained his Bachelor
of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) in 2002
and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in
2005. Mr Maile was also admitted to appear in the Supreme Court of
South Africa, including the Constitutional Court in 2005. He is a member
of the Legal Practice Council Gauteng. Mr Maile has prior to practising
law on his own account, practised at the highest level in the South Africa
legal fraternity, including in leading firms such as D.M. Kisch
Incoporated and Werksmans Attorneys of Sandton.
